Recurring Scheduler

2 articles

Recurring Scheduler is for customers who come back on a fixed routine, like weekly laundry pickup, monthly dry cleaning, or regular repair collection. You choose the customer, address, repeat timing, and order defaults once. EasyBiz then creates each future order automatically on the date and time you choose. Your staff handle the created order from the normal Orders page, the same as any other order.

Scheduling & Dispatch

1 articles

Scheduling & Dispatch is the area where you tell EasyBiz how work flows from the moment a customer wants service to the moment a driver or team member gets it on their list. Every setting here decides what the customer sees on your online store, what your POS shows when staff pick a collection date, and which person ends up handling each booking. You set it up in one place, and the same rules apply across your online store, mini apps, POS, and staff app. Build it once, in the right order, and the rest of the system runs on the rules you wrote.

Booking Options

2 articles

Booking Options are the service choices customers and staff pick from when scheduling pickup, delivery, onsite service, or store drop-off. Set them up first because lead time, selectable days, surcharges, sales channel limits, business unit assignment, and rescheduling rules all start here before Time Slots, Custom Zones, or other scheduling controls can use them.

Service Areas

2 articles

Service Areas control where each of your business units is available. The list shows one row per business unit, and each row is a single permanent configuration. You do not add or remove service areas, you edit the one that already belongs to that business unit. Coverage is built from your Custom Zones, and the minimum order rules here run at checkout. This is for shops that need to limit pickup or delivery to specific neighborhoods, postal codes, or regions.
