Everything a customer needs, already in the app
One price covers both app stores and everything a customer does inside the app — ordering, accounts, order history, chat, notifications, and loyalty. There is no developer to hire and nothing for you to build.
Both app stores
One app, published to the App Store and Google Play, so customers find you wherever they look.
Your brand
Your name, your icon, your colours, listed under your own developer accounts rather than ours.
Ordering and booking
Your services and options, with the ordering steps you choose — the same flow your website uses.
Push notifications
The updates an order already produces arrive on your customer's home screen, without buying a separate messaging tool.
Live chat
Customers message you from inside the app, and you can answer on any day — no 24-hour reply window, and nothing charged per message.
Points, wallet and member prices
One balance per customer, shared with your counter and your website instead of stranded in the app.
Your brand
Your own app, in both app stores
The app carries your name, your icon, and your colours, and it is published to the App Store and Google Play under your own developer accounts. On a customer's phone it sits beside the apps they open every day — one tap from their next order, rather than a link they have to go and find.
-
The tile on your customer's home screen is your mark in your colours, with your business name under it.
-
One app, published to the App Store and Google Play, so an Apple customer and an Android customer install the same thing.
-
You hold the Apple Developer and Google Play accounts. We build the app, upload it, and take it through store review.
-
The app is assembled from the services and prices already in your account, not written from scratch, so it is submitted to both stores in a day.
Ordering
An order that takes a minute, with the steps you choose
The ordering flow is a sequence of steps you set — what a customer picks, what they describe, where it is collected, and when. It is the same flow your customer website runs, so the app and the site never ask for different things.
-
Services, options, and prices come from the same catalogue your counter sells from.
-
Decide which steps run and what each one collects, including photos and custom fields.
-
Offer the job types you actually run, each with its own turnaround options and bookable time slots.
-
Card and online QR payment at checkout, through the same payment connection as your other channels.
Wash & fold $8.50 /kg
Dry cleaning from $7.00 /pc
Ironing only $1.90 /pc
Duvets & bulky items from $28.00 Your screens
Arrange the app around the work you actually do
The app is assembled from pages, tabs, and blocks rather than shipped as a fixed set of screens. A bag repairer opens on an assessment request; a laundry opens on a collection booking. Switch pages on, re-title them, and decide what sits in the bottom bar — from the console, without a rebuild.
-
Home, catalogue, checkout, orders, account, help, loyalty, and reviews — turn on the ones your business needs.
-
Navigation tabs map to pages, so the bottom bar shows what your customers use most.
-
Each page carries its own title and content settings, edited in the console.
-
Screen and flow changes reach installed apps directly rather than waiting for a store release.
Push notifications
Order updates land on your customer's home screen
The updates an order already produces — confirmed, ready, out for delivery — arrive as push notifications to the app, from the same customer record your team works from. There is no separate messaging tool to buy and no per-message charge.
-
Order updates are delivered as they happen, without anyone writing a message.
-
Push delivery to your app installs is part of the product, not a metered extra.
-
Notifications go to the customer your team already has on file, not a second contact list.
Live chat
Message a customer on any day, at no cost per message
Customers open a conversation with you inside your own app, and your team answers from the same place it works the rest of the day. Because the thread runs over your app rather than a messaging network, the rules that make WhatsApp and SMS awkward do not apply — you can start a conversation whenever the answer is ready, and no message carries a fee.
-
WhatsApp only lets a business write freely for 24 hours after the customer's last message. Your own app has no such window — reach a customer a week later if that is when their jacket is ready.
-
Messages ride your app's own push channel, so there is no per-conversation or per-template charge the way WhatsApp and SMS bill for one.
-
The conversation sits with the customer and the order it is about, so whoever picks it up can see what was ordered without asking again.
-
App conversations join the same inbox your team already works from, rather than a second screen someone has to remember to watch.
Accounts and loyalty
One customer, one balance, every channel you sell through
A customer signs in once and the app carries their orders, their points, their prepaid balance, and their member prices. The same balance shows at your counter and on your website, because it belongs to the customer rather than to the app.
-
Customers answer their own "is it ready?" instead of calling the shop.
-
Points accrue and redeem on every channel you sell through, on one member account.
-
Customers top up and spend the balance down on later orders, bringing revenue forward.
-
Member price lists resolve in the app the same way they do at the counter.

FAQ
Common questions about Mobile App
Does the price cover both iOS and Android?
Yes. One brand covers both app stores. The Mobile App is priced per brand, so a business running two customer-facing brands buys two.
Whose developer account is the app published under?
Yours. Both stores require an app branded for your business to be listed under your own accounts, so you hold the Apple Developer and Google Play accounts and the listing carries your business name. You open the two accounts and grant us permission to publish on your behalf; from there we build the app from your brand — name, icon and colours — upload the build to your accounts and take it through store review. Building and submitting the app takes a day once your accounts are open; the only wait after that is Apple's and Google's own review. Apple and Google charge their developer account fees directly, like any other pass-through provider charge.
How do updates reach the app after it is live?
Most of them arrive over the air. Improvements to the app's screens and flows are delivered straight to the installed app, so your customers pick them up the next time they open it — no store review to wait on and nothing to re-download. A fresh store build is still needed occasionally, roughly every one to two years, when Apple or Google raise their platform requirements; we produce and submit that build for you. Neither kind of update costs extra.
Is there a charge per download or per order in the app?
No. The Mobile App is priced per brand and nothing else — there is no per-download, per-customer or per-order charge layered on top.
Do I need the customer website to get the app?
No. Mobile App and Online Store are two separate products with two separate prices, and neither one requires the other. Both include ordering, checkout, customer accounts, and order history in the base price, so whichever one you buy is complete on its own.
Can I send marketing campaigns through push notifications?
Push carries the updates an order produces, automatically. Choosing an audience and writing a campaign is not part of Mobile App — that is what the Marketing Agent is for, and it is on the roadmap rather than available today.
Can customers message me from inside the app?
Yes, and you can message them. The app carries a two-way conversation with your business, and it joins the same inbox your team already answers from rather than a second one. The difference from WhatsApp is what it costs and when you are allowed to write: WhatsApp only lets a business reply freely for 24 hours after the customer's last message, and charges per conversation after that. Your own app has no window and no per-message charge, so you can write on the day the answer is ready.
Will the app match what my counter and website already show?
Yes. The app is built from the same services, prices, customers, and orders as the rest of EasyBiz Cloud, so a price change or a new service reaches every channel at once rather than needing to be re-entered.
