Many of the merchants using EasyBiz Cloud do not have the benefit of a dedicated privacy team, and it is important to us to help them meet their privacy obligations.
Data Collection and Usage
We collect various types of information to provide and improve our service to you, including location data, device data, and usage information.
Website AI Assistant
When you use the EasyBiz AI assistant, we store and retain chat transcripts to answer your questions, prevent abuse, and review answer quality, including to support staff follow-up when you request it.
We request contact details only when you explicitly choose a support or demo handoff. If you provide them, we retain those explicit handoff contact details with the related conversation for staff follow-up.
Why We Process Your Information
We process your information to fulfill contractual obligations, provide services, prevent fraud, and for other legitimate business interests.
Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. If a subscription is cancelled, business data is retained for at least 24 months so the account can be reactivated, and transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years where record-keeping laws (such as those of Singapore and Malaysia) require it. After the applicable retention period, data is deleted or anonymized.
The account owner may request earlier deletion of the account’s data. We honor verified requests within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information.
Cross-Border Data Transfer
We are a Singapore company but operate globally. We may send your personal information outside of your state, province, or country, subject to applicable data protection laws.
