Security & trust
Your business runs on this data. We treat it that way.
EasyBiz Cloud holds your orders, customers, and payments records — the operational heart of your business. Here is exactly how we protect it, in plain language.
Enterprise-grade infrastructure
EasyBiz Cloud runs on Google Cloud and Firebase in the asia-southeast1 (Singapore) region, with content delivery through Cloudflare's global edge network. We inherit the physical security, redundancy, and certifications of these providers rather than operating our own servers.
Encryption in transit and at rest
All traffic between your devices and EasyBiz Cloud is encrypted with TLS. Data stored in our databases and file storage is encrypted at rest by Google Cloud's default encryption.
Role and seat-based access control
Every staff login is scoped by role and seat permissions — counter staff, drivers, managers, and owners each see only what their role needs. Access rules are enforced server-side, not just hidden in the interface.
Tenant isolation
Each business's data lives under its own isolated tenant scope. Server-side security rules check the tenant on every read and write, so one business can never see another's records.
Card data never touches our servers
Online card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. Card numbers go directly from your customer's browser to Stripe — EasyBiz Cloud never stores or transmits them.
PDPA commitment
We operate under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act. We collect only the data needed to run your business systems, and your customer data is never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Questions about security or data handling?
