Before You Start

Have these ready — the whole signup takes about five minutes:

  • Your business name — the name of your shop or company as customers know it.

  • An email address you can access, or a Google account. You will verify your email as part of signup, so make sure you can open that inbox.

  • Where you operate — your country and city. EasyBiz currently supports signup in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Brunei, Australia, and New Zealand.

Step 1: Open the Signup Page

  1. On the EasyBiz website, click Start free trial .

  2. The signup page opens with the heading Start your free trial.

Step 2: Tell Us About Your Business

  1. Enter your Business name — for example “CleanFast Laundry” or “BagCare Studio”.

  2. Enter Your name.

  3. If you already have a website, enter it in Website (optional). You can leave this blank.

  4. Click Continue .

Step 3: Choose Where You Operate

  1. Pick your Country from the list. You can type to search.

  2. Enter your City.

  3. Click Continue .

This sets your currency, time zone, and tax region — for example, Singapore businesses get SGD out of the box.

Step 4: Create Your Account

You can sign up in one of two ways:

  • With Google — click Continue with Google and pick your Google account. This is the fastest option.

  • With email — enter your Email and choose a Password of at least 6 characters, then click Create account & start trial .

Step 5: Verify Your Email

If you signed up with an email and password, EasyBiz asks you to verify your email address before continuing. Check your inbox for a verification message from EasyBiz and follow it to confirm your address in the signup window.

If you signed up with Google, your email is already verified and this step is skipped.

Step 6: Let EasyBiz Set Up Your Workspace

After your account is confirmed, you will see Setting up your workspace… while EasyBiz prepares everything. This usually takes under a minute. When it finishes, you will see You’re all set! and land on your dashboard.

You should now see your EasyBiz Console dashboard with a setup checklist headed Set up your workspace.

What Happens After Signup

Your dashboard opens with a setup checklist that tracks your progress area by area — things like setting up your products and pricing, your business and brand details, your sales channels, and your POS. Work through the areas in any order. Each item can be completed by hand, or you can ask the built-in AI assistant to help with it.

Good places to begin:

  • The products and capabilities available in your trial are shown during signup.

  • Nothing is charged until you subscribe. When you are ready to continue, you subscribe from within EasyBiz — see Understanding Your Subscription and Billing .

  • Some connected services — such as WhatsApp messaging or payment providers — are charged by the provider and may need their own setup.

FAQs

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The 14-day trial requires no credit card, and nothing is charged until you subscribe.

Can I sign up with my Google account?

Yes. Click Continue with Google at the account step. Your email is verified automatically, so signup is one step shorter.

I did not receive the verification email. What do I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, request the code again from the signup window. If it still does not arrive, try signing up with Google instead, or contact support.

Which countries does EasyBiz support?

At signup you can choose Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Brunei, Australia, or New Zealand.

I already have an EasyBiz account. Should I sign up again?

No — sign in with your existing email or Google account instead. If you cannot get in, see Trouble Signing In .

Can my staff use my account?

Everyone should have their own login. After signup, add each team member as their own user — see Inviting Your Team and Managing Access .
