One App, Different Views
Every teammate installs the same EasyBiz Workflow app, but what they see is decided by the app pages you configure and the access you grant. The app’s home is either a set of bottom tabs or a menu, listing just that person’s pages. That is why a driver’s app looks nothing like a production staffer’s.
The sections below describe the main pages you can give your team.
For Drivers and Delivery Teams
My Jobs is the driver’s day: a map at the top with a pin for every job, and the job list below, filterable by job type and status, with date navigation to look ahead.
On each job card, a driver can:

Directions — open the address in their phone’s maps app for turn-by-turn navigation.

Call or WhatsApp the customer directly.

Complete the job — or record a failed attempt with a note, which shows on the job for the office to follow up.

Print or share a receipt for jobs that carry one.
While a driver works, the app shares their live location, so the office can see where the fleet is. Job photos appear on the job card, and the Photo Record page lets staff scan an order’s QR code and attach photos — proof of the item’s condition at pickup or delivery.
For coordinators there are two more pages: Daily Jobs (every job for a date, across drivers) and the Job Pool (unassigned jobs waiting for a driver).
For Counter and Office Staff

Order lists and search — browse orders by date or search for one, then open the full order detail: customer, line items, payments, photos, status history, and linked jobs.

Collect payment — an order with an outstanding balance shows a Pay button, so staff can take payment on the spot.

Cancel an order — available to staff whose access includes cancellation.

Create an order — take a new sales order from the app.

Scan to find — the built-in scanner opens an order straight from the QR code on a label or receipt.

Customer lookup and registration — find a customer or register a new one at the door.

Receipt printing — connect a Bluetooth printer from the app’s system menu and print receipts on the go.
For Production Teams

Work Orders — the production queue, work order details, workload and capacity views.

Packing and completion screens — step through packing, mark steps complete manually, or scan items to complete them as they move through production.

Photo records — attach photos to an order at any production step.
For Stock Takers

Manage Inventory and Inventory Audit pages for stock management and counts.

Tote workflows — open, fill, and transfer totes for shops that track items in bins and racks.
Staying Connected

WhatsApp inbox — give selected staff the conversations pages to read and reply to customer WhatsApp messages from their phone. When a new message push notification arrives, staff can even reply straight from the notification.

Task inbox — assigned tasks with open, in-progress, and resolved states, so ad-hoc work does not live in group chats.

Push notifications — new pickup and delivery jobs notify the assigned staff; tapping the notification opens the relevant job, chat, or order.

How do I control which staff member sees which pages?

Can drivers see each other’s jobs?
My Jobs shows only that driver’s assigned jobs. Coordinators use Daily Jobs or the Job Pool for the full picture.
Does the app work as a POS?
The app can take orders and payments, but the full point-of-sale experience — cash drawer, customer display, receipts at the counter — is EasyBiz POS. See What Is EasyBiz POS .
The app says my version is out of date.
Install the update from the App Store or Play Store — when a mandatory update is released, the app waits until you update before continuing.
