Manage Settings is the broadest admin permission in EasyBiz. Granting it without any page restriction lets a teammate change pricing, templates, integrations, and every other setting in your shop. To stop that you can scope Manage Settings to a specific list of pages, so the teammate can only edit what their role needs. This article lists every page you can pick today and what each one controls. Use it as a reference whenever you set up a manager, lead, or scoped admin.
Add a Scoped Manage Settings Rule
Click the 👤 Profile icon in the top-right corner.
Click Teammates.
On the Teammates page, find the teammate you want to edit.
Click the ⋯ (three dots) button on the right side of their row.
Click Edit.
In the Admin Access row, click + Admin access and pick Manage Settings.
In Setting Pages, tick only the pages this teammate should edit, then click Add.
