What's the difference between Standard and Professional?

Professional adds counter-level customer tools such as POS WhatsApp inbox, customer history, loyalty, and store credit where configured.

What devices can I use as the POS screen?

EasyBiz POS runs in a modern browser on browser-based counter devices, Windows PCs, Macs, iPads, tablets, and phones. Your counter needs a stable internet connection because POS transactions are processed and synced in real time.

What hardware is supported?

Optional hardware can include receipt printers, label printers, cash drawers, and a customer-facing display, depending on your setup. EasyBiz will help confirm the right hardware before installation.

How many POS devices does the location subscription cover?

One POS device or register per location is included. Need more registers at the same outlet? Add SGD 49/device monthly, or SGD 39/device on annual billing.

Which payment methods are supported?

The Point of Sale module supports payment collection by cash, card, PayNow QR, and e-wallets through configured providers such as HitPay and Stripe. Provider transaction fees are pass-through charges.

Can I run multiple locations?

Yes. Point of Sale supports multiple physical locations. Each POS location chooses either the Standard or Professional tier.
