Common questions about Marketing Studio

Do I need to know how to build a website?

No. You describe your business in a chat and the studio drafts the first version for you. You can then ask it to change sections, or edit the wording yourself — no code, no drag and drop.

What is the difference between this and the Online Store?

Marketing Studio makes the site; Online Store is what lets it sell. The studio writes and designs pages and publishes them. Online Store adds the parts that take money and hold customers — ordering, booking, checkout, customer accounts and order history — and is priced per site because it runs those for you. A marketing site the studio publishes needs no Online Store licence; a site that takes orders does.

Can I change the site after it goes live?

Yes. You can preview changes on desktop, tablet, and mobile before publishing. Every published version is saved, so you can restore an earlier one if a change does not feel right.

Can I add my own domain?

Yes. You can request custom-domain setup in the console, use the CNAME details shown there, and keep the assigned EasyBiz link live while the domain is activated.

Does keeping a site online cost credits?

No. Credits are spent making things, not keeping them up. Hosting, publishing and your EasyBiz web address are part of the price, and a published page costs nothing to leave online.

Where do the pictures come from?

From your own photos where you have them, and from licensed photography chosen for your trade where you do not. You can upload your own at any point and ask for a picture to be swapped.
