FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is a credit, and what is one worth?

A credit is the unit Marketing Studio is bought and spent in. Your plan includes a set number each month, and the exchange never moves: a credit is worth the same on the day you buy it and the day you spend it, and the price table on this page shows what a month of credits costs. Credits are used up by generating — writing and designing a site, a landing page or a poster — not by keeping what you have already made online.

How many credits does a website take?

A full multi-page business website is typically 60 to 100 credits, a single landing page 15 to 30, and a poster or social image 3 to 8. Every generation shows its own estimated range before it starts and runs under a cap, so a job cannot quietly overrun — the ranges here are what to plan a month around, not a tariff.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Nothing you have published goes away, and nothing stops working — running out only means the next generation waits. Extra credits are pay-as-you-go at SGD 0.25 each, added to your next invoice rather than bought up front, and you set your own monthly cap so the bill cannot exceed a number you chose. There are no prepaid packs and no bulk-bonus tiers: the credit is worth the same however you come by it.

Am I charged for each site I keep online?

No. Marketing Studio is one price for the studio, not a price per site. Hosting, publishing, editing and your EasyBiz web address are included for everything it makes, however many pages or posters you keep live. The Online Store is the one that is priced per site, because it takes orders and holds customer accounts rather than just being served.

What does the beta cost, and what changes when it ends?

The beta is free. Businesses in it receive Marketing Studio at no charge, under a published weekly fair-use limit that keeps the generation queue usable for everyone — when you reach it, the studio tells you which day it resets. Nothing is billed during the beta and no card is needed. The price on this page is what it will cost when the beta ends, published now so there is no surprise; the weekly fair-use limit stays after it.

Is there a base platform fee?

No. There is no account fee, no setup fee and no minimum, so switching a product on costs nothing beyond its listed price. One tier in the whole lineup adds a flat monthly charge on top of its listed price — Production Professional, at SGD 350/mo for the routing, capacity and ETA engine that runs for the whole business rather than per person. It bundles no seats. Everything else is exactly the price on its card.

What does paying annually save?

An annual commitment is discounted against the monthly list price, and the discount applies to every price on this page. Use the Monthly and Annual toggle to see both figures before you decide.

Are WhatsApp, SMS and payment fees included?

They are not included, and they are not marked up either. Provider charges for WhatsApp, SMS, email and payment processing are pass-through: they are billed by volume and paid to the provider rather than to EasyBiz.

What is EasyBiz MAX?

MAX is the EasyBiz plan for complex operations. The products you run stay the same; what changes is that the whole account moves onto one agreement, quoted for the scale you operate at rather than bought self-serve, and covering guided onboarding, a named account manager and priority support. Many locations, a large team, several brands or more than one market are the usual reasons a business moves to it. Agreements start at SGD 2,500 a month and are quoted from there — tell us how you operate and we will price it.

EasyBiz MAX

EasyBiz MAX is our contract pricing for larger operations — an account-wide agreement quoted alongside your products rather than replacing them. Running in more than one market is one of the capabilities it covers.
