To modify the Admin New Order page, open Settings → Administration → Admin Console → Checkout. This is the current settings location for the Admin New Order experience.

Customize the Admin New Order Page

To modify the Admin New Order page, open Settings → Administration → Admin Console → Checkout.

Optional: Add Extra Checkout Steps

If the checkout needs extra steps, create them in Settings → Library → Process Flows. Then open the relevant Business Unit, find Checkout Flows, and assign the flow under Online Checkout Flow when the order page URL uses type=online.

For questions or prompts that should appear once for each item added to the order, use Line Item Flows instead.
