Build WhatsApp Flows Without Code

Create multi-screen forms that customers fill in inside WhatsApp — build the screens, preview them, and publish when ready.

What's in this update

WhatsApp Flows let a customer fill in a form without leaving the chat. You can now build those flows yourself, screen by screen.

Build the Screens

Add screens, place components on them and connect them in sequence, using an editor rather than a JSON file.

Preview the flow as a customer would see it, so a confusing step is fixed before it is in front of anyone.

Flows are published to WhatsApp from the console, and updated the same way when something needs changing.
