Adding, editing and pricing a line item happens in a single sequence with a running summary, rather than across several dialogs.

Coupons, adjustment options and base price selection are part of the same flow, so nothing needs a separate screen.

Choosing a pickup or delivery slot happens inside the order rather than as a separate booking step.
