A New Console with a Command Palette

The console is rebuilt around tabs you keep open and a command palette that takes you anywhere without hunting through menus.

What's in this update

The console had grown a lot of menus. It has been rebuilt around two ideas: keep what you are working on open, and get anywhere by typing.

Type to Go Anywhere

The command palette opens with a keystroke and takes you to any page or setting, which is much faster than remembering which menu it lives under.

Work stays open in tabs, so checking one thing does not lose the thing you were already doing.

Settings are gathered under a single overview rather than scattered across the areas they affect.
