## Free of charge

- **Counter staff** — NO SEAT AT ALL — unlimited per POS location, covered by the POS licence. Identified by a clock-in rota on at least half of trading days. This is why the paid seat is named for access breadth (Full) rather than employment status: counter staff are staff.

## EasyBiz MAX

Complex operations move to an EasyBiz MAX agreement, which starts at SGD 2,500/month and is quoted for the scale the business operates at.

## Questions and answers

### Point of Sale

#### Do counter staff need a seat?

No. A POS location covers unlimited counter staff, who sign in with a clock-in PIN and hold no seat at all. The same PIN signs them in on the EasyBiz POS app on a phone paired with the counter till, so shop-floor work like check-in, check-out and photo capture is covered by the location too. You pay a seat only for someone working in the back office — orders, scheduling, dispatch, invoices, contacts, reports and settings.

#### Is Point of Sale billed per till or per shop?

Per shop. One POS location covers that counter however many tills or devices you run there, and counter staff at the location are unlimited and carry no seat.

#### Is there a limit on how many orders a POS location can take?

No. There are no order limits and no per-order fee, under fair use. A POS location is billed for the counter rather than for how busy it gets, so a busy month at the till costs the same as a quiet one.

#### Can one shop be on Professional while my other shops stay on Standard?

No. The POS tier is account-wide: every location runs the same tier, so upgrading reprices all of them, and a new location joins your account's current tier. A first location starts on Standard.

#### Does upgrading POS to Professional make my team's seats more expensive?

No. Point of Sale is priced per location and does not move the Full seat rate. Only Sales, CRM, Production and Field Service change what a seat costs.

### Online Store

#### Is the Online Store billed per order?

No. There are no order limits and no per-order fee. A storefront is rented rather than metered, so it is billed per site for as long as the site is live — a quiet month costs the same as a busy one.

#### What if I run more than one storefront?

A second site is a second brand, purchasable at list price. One site serving more than one market is a different case and is quoted as a MAX agreement, because a second market means a second tax zone, currency, locale and legal entity.

#### Where is the site hosted, and can I use my own domain?

EasyBiz hosts it. Pages are published as static files served from a global edge network, and hosting, bandwidth and the SSL certificate are part of the per-site price — there is no server to rent and nothing separate to buy. Your site goes live on an EasyBiz address straight away, and connecting your own domain is requested from the console and does not change the price; the domain registration itself stays with your registrar.

### Mobile App

#### Does the price cover both iOS and Android?

Yes. One brand covers both app stores. The Mobile App is priced per brand, so a business running two customer-facing brands buys two.

#### Is there a charge per download or per order in the app?

No. The Mobile App is priced per brand and nothing else — there is no per-download, per-customer or per-order charge layered on top.

#### Whose developer account is the app published under?

Yours. Both stores require an app branded for your business to be listed under your own accounts, so you hold the Apple Developer and Google Play accounts and the listing carries your business name. You open the two accounts and grant us permission to publish on your behalf; from there we build the app from your brand — name, icon and colours — upload the build to your accounts and take it through store review. Building and submitting the app takes a day once your accounts are open; the only wait after that is Apple's and Google's own review. Apple and Google charge their developer account fees directly, like any other pass-through provider charge.

#### How do updates reach the app after it is live?

Most of them arrive over the air. Improvements to the app's screens and flows are delivered straight to the installed app, so your customers pick them up the next time they open it — no store review to wait on and nothing to re-download. A fresh store build is still needed occasionally, roughly every one to two years, when Apple or Google raise their platform requirements; we produce and submit that build for you. Neither kind of update costs extra.

### WhatsApp Mini-App

#### Is the WhatsApp Mini-App billed per mini-app?

No. It is billed per WhatsApp Business number, and that number carries unlimited mini-apps and unlimited submissions.

#### Does a second country need a MAX agreement?

Not for WhatsApp. A WhatsApp Business number is bound to one country, so a second country simply means a second number at list price rather than a multi-market agreement.

### B2B Portal

#### How many of my wholesale customers can log in?

The B2B Portal includes ten Agent seats. An Agent seat is the external login your wholesale customers' own staff use to place and manage their orders themselves; beyond the ten included, each additional one is priced flat.

#### Does upgrading my account change what Agent seats cost?

No. The Agent seat is flat at any tier — repricing your customers' logins because you upgraded would charge more for identical software. The B2B Portal has a single tier, and it does not move your Full seat rate either.

### Sales

#### Do I pay for every product each person uses?

No. Your team holds one Full seat per person, and it covers every product on your account. Someone working in Sales and CRM holds one seat, not two, and an office manager and a driver hold the same seat at the same rate. What each person can actually reach is set by their permissions, not by buying more seats.

#### Can I put some of my team on Professional and keep the rest on Standard?

No. Every Full seat on an account sits at the same tier, so two people on Professional and eight on Standard is not purchasable.

#### Which products change my seat price?

Only the four products priced by the Full seat: Sales, CRM, Production and Field Service. Moving any of those to Professional moves every Full seat to the Professional rate. Products priced per location, site, brand, phone number or business leave your seat rate alone — upgrading Point of Sale to Professional, for example, does not change what your team costs.

#### Do Sales and CRM each need their own seat?

No. Both are covered by the same Full seat, so someone working across them is billed once rather than twice.

#### What changes when Sales moves to Professional?

Professional is the specialist step for businesses whose selling is genuinely complex; the comparison above lists exactly what unlocks. Because Sales is priced by the Full seat, moving it to Professional moves every Full seat on the account to the Professional rate.

### CRM

#### Is the back office a separate product?

No. Company setup, permissions, cross-product reporting and the shared inbox live on CRM, the shared business and customer record. They are what the Full seat buys, so they are not sold again as a separate line.

#### I already run Point of Sale — what does CRM add?

They answer different questions. Point of Sale is priced per counter and runs the sale itself; CRM is priced per person and holds the customer record, order history and shared inbox behind it. Businesses commonly start with a selling surface and add CRM when they want that history shared across the team.

### Production

#### Do production workers need a seat?

Yes. Everyone who signs in to do the work holds a Full seat, at the same rate as anyone else on your tier. Standard bundles no worker seats and carries no base fee.

#### Is Production priced by how many people I have?

The tier prices workflow complexity and the seat count prices headcount, and the two are separate. Professional carries a flat monthly base because the routing, capacity and ETA engine runs for the business whether one worker scans or forty. Running more than one production centre is not charged extra.

### Field Service

#### Do drivers cost less than office staff?

No — a driver on Standard costs the same as anyone else on Standard. One rate per person is what keeps the bill honest for a small team where the same person drives, takes orders and does the admin.

#### Do I pay more for delivering in more than one city?

No. Service areas, zones and per-city capacity are part of Field Service Professional, and it is priced per person, not per city — a second or third city costs you whatever the people working it cost. There is no base fee and no per-area charge at either tier.

### Is there a base platform fee?

No. There is no account fee, no setup fee and no minimum, so switching a product on costs nothing beyond its listed price. One tier in the whole lineup adds a flat monthly charge on top of its listed price — Production Professional, at SGD 350/mo for the routing, capacity and ETA engine that runs for the whole business rather than per person. It bundles no seats. Everything else is exactly the price on its card.

### What does paying annually save?

An annual commitment is discounted against the monthly list price, and the discount applies to every price on this page. Use the Monthly and Annual toggle to see both figures before you decide.

### Are WhatsApp, SMS and payment fees included?

They are not included, and they are not marked up either. Provider charges for WhatsApp, SMS, email and payment processing are pass-through: they are billed by volume and paid to the provider rather than to EasyBiz.

### What is EasyBiz MAX?

MAX is the EasyBiz plan for complex operations. The products you run stay the same; what changes is that the whole account moves onto one agreement, quoted for the scale you operate at rather than bought self-serve, and covering guided onboarding, a named account manager and priority support. Many locations, a large team, several brands or more than one market are the usual reasons a business moves to it. Agreements start at SGD 2,500 a month and are quoted from there — tell us how you operate and we will price it.
