## What is an Agent App?

An Agent App is a dedicated portal for your agents to manage their customers and create orders. It connects the pricing and order procedures you set up earlier into a simple, easy-to-use app that your agents can access from their phone.

<Callout type="note" title="Note">

Before setting up an Agent App, make sure the agent already has a **user account**. On the agent's profile page, the <Badge>Agent User</Badge> section has a <Badge>Create User</Badge> button for this. Without a user, the agent cannot log in and app access cannot be managed. See the previous guide: [Set Up an Agent Workflow Account →](/docs/set-up-an-agent-workflow-account)

## Step 1 — Create the Agent App

Mobile apps in EasyBiz are built from app templates and can be fully customized afterwards — every page and setting in the app can be changed later to fit your needs.

<Callout type="note" title="Note">

App creation has moved. The old path (Settings → Operations → System Customization → Mobile App) is now listed under the **Deprecated** section at the bottom of Settings, and EasyBiz is moving app management into the newer app settings pages (such as Operations App and Dispatch App for internal staff). If your console still shows the legacy <Badge>System Customization</Badge> entry, you can continue to create an agent app from its mobile app template gallery. If you cannot find it, contact EasyBiz support for help creating your agent app.

If you already have an agent app from an earlier setup, you can skip straight to Step 2 — you only need one agent app, shared by all your agents.

## Step 2 — Grant the Agent Access

Once the app exists, grant each agent access to it from their profile:

1. Click the <Badge>Settings</Badge> (gear icon) in the top navigation, scroll to the **Sales Channels** section, and click <Badge>B2B Agents</Badge>.

2. In the **Agents** table, click the agent you want to grant access to. Their profile page opens.

3. Scroll down to the <Badge>Agent System Access</Badge> section and click the <Badge>Add System Access</Badge> button.

4. In the dialog, open the <Badge>App Access</Badge> dropdown and select your agent app.

5. Click <Badge>Add Access</Badge>. The app now appears in the agent's **Client App** list.

<Callout type="note" title="Note">

If the <Badge>Add System Access</Badge> button is not available, the agent does not have a user account yet. Create one first in the <Badge>Agent User</Badge> section on the same page.

## Step 3 — Confirm the Assignment

It is always a good idea to double-check that the agent is correctly linked to the app:

- On the agent's profile, the <Badge>Agent System Access</Badge> section now lists the app, with the first app marked as <Badge>Default</Badge>.

- To remove access later, use the <Badge>•••</Badge> menu next to the app and choose <Badge>Remove access</Badge>.

## See the Full Workflow in Action

Watch this video to see how an agent logs in and uses the app you just created to submit a real-time order.

The workflow: Agent logs in → Taps a customer to start a new order → Completes the order creation flow → Order submitted → Order appears instantly in the Admin Console.

**Conclusion:** You have now successfully standardized your agent ordering process! Your agents have a professional tool, the correct pricing, and a clear set of steps to follow for every order.
