**What you set yourself:**

1. **Your prices.** On **Set up your price list**, change the prices to yours, answer **Do you charge GST?**, and click <Badge>Confirm & publish</Badge>.
2. **Your Online Store.** Follow the **Set up your Online Store** steps, from **Add your Online Store** to **Publish your Online Store**. They include **Add a booking option** and **Set up your service area**.
3. **Online payments (optional).** **Connect an online payment provider (optional)** lets customers save a card, charged after the visit.

## Prices

These are the starter prices for Singapore, in S$. Regular cleaning is priced per visit, and costs less when it repeats.

| Regular Cleaning | One-time | Every 2 weeks | Every week |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 hours | 75 | 69 | 63 |
| 4 hours | 100 | 92 | 84 |

Deep, move-in/out and post-renovation cleans are one-time, with one price per floor-area band. Each band also has **Places per visit**: how many cleaners it takes (see **Booking times**).

| Floor area | Deep, or Move In / Move Out | Post-Renovation |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 500 sq ft (2-room HDB, studio) | 300 · 2 places | 350 · 2 places |
| 501–750 sq ft (3-room HDB, 1–2 bedroom) | 350 · 2 places | 400 · 3 places |
| 751–1,000 sq ft (4-room HDB, 2–3 bedroom) | 400 · 3 places | 450 · 3 places |
| 1,001–1,300 sq ft (5-room HDB, 3 bedroom) | 450 · 3 places | 500 · 4 places |
| 1,301–1,600 sq ft (Executive HDB, 4 bedroom) | 550 · 4 places | 600 · 4 places |
| Above 1,600 sq ft (landed, penthouse) | Price on request · 4 places | Price on request · 5 places |

**GST.** Before you publish your price list, you answer **Do you charge GST?**

- **Yes, we charge GST:** your prices include 9% GST, and receipts show it.
- **No, we don't charge GST:** your prices don't include it. Only GST-registered businesses charge it.

**Price on request.** Customers can still book the biggest homes, because Choose Items has **Customers can book items priced on request** switched on. They see **Price on request**, and the review says "Nothing to pay now. The store prices … for you." You then send a quote.

To change prices later, open your list in ⚙️ <Badge>Settings</Badge> › <Badge>Price Lists</Badge>, change the prices, then click <Badge>Preview</Badge> and <Badge>Publish</Badge>. See [Create Price Lists](/docs/create-price-lists).

## Booking times

Customers book a visit on a day, in one of your time windows. Both are set on a booking option:

1. Go to ⚙️ <Badge>Settings</Badge> › <Badge>Bookings</Badge> and click your Home Cleaning unit.
2. Under **Online booking options**, click <Badge>Add booking option</Badge>, then **Onsite service**.
3. Type the **Option name**, such as "Cleaning visit". Set the **Lead time** and the **Selectable days**, ticking the weekdays you work.
4. Under **Time windows**, click <Badge>Add time window</Badge> and set its start and end, for example 08:00–12:00. Add 13:00–17:00 and 18:00–22:00 the same way.
5. Click <Badge>Save</Badge>.

The Assistant's **Add a booking option** form asks for the same things, time windows included. See [Setting Up Online Booking Options](/docs/setting-up-booking-options).

**Stop overbooking your cleaners.** Give each time window a **Daily booking limit**: the cleaners you have for it. Each booking then takes as many places as its **Places per visit**, set under each item and size in your price list. A booking whose items have none set takes 1 place.

<Callout type="tip" title="💡 Example: Sparkle Home Cleaning">
Sparkle's 08:00–12:00 window has a Daily booking limit of 6. A deep clean of a 4-room HDB takes 3 places, so after two of them the window is full. A booking that needs more places than are left isn't offered that window. Bookings your staff take count too.
</Callout>

See [Setting Up Time Windows and Daily Limits](/docs/setting-up-time-slots).

**Charge more on public holidays.** In the booking option's **Surcharge** section, turn on **Different surcharge on public holidays** and type the **Surcharge amount**. The coming Singapore public holidays are ticked for you, and you can tick or untick days. <Badge>Add Singapore public holidays</Badge> ticks any you removed. On those days it is charged in place of the option's other surcharges, and customers see "Extra charge" with the amount.

**Choose where you clean.** On the same unit, under **Where customers can book**, click **Service Areas**. Leave it empty to take bookings everywhere, and click <Badge>Save</Badge>. To serve some areas only, make them in ⚙️ <Badge>Settings</Badge> › <Badge>Service Areas</Badge>, then choose them here. See [Setting Up Service Areas](/docs/setting-up-service-areas).

## Weekly and fortnightly customers

**Every week** and **Every 2 weeks** have **Repeats** set, in ⚙️ <Badge>Settings</Badge> › <Badge>Service Options</Badge>. A customer who books Regular Cleaning at the Every week price gets a weekly repeat at that price, until they stop it. On the Date and time step, they see **Repeat order**: "We'll book each one for you, and you can skip or stop it any time on Repeat orders."

Your store must show its **Repeat orders** page. A new Online Store starts with it on when you sell a repeating price. To check, open the store editor, click <Badge>Repeat orders</Badge> under **Pages**, and see that **Offer repeat orders** is on. While it's off, customers can't book these prices.

Each next visit:

- is booked 2 days before, at 9:00 AM, on the same weekday and time;
- is priced from your price list as it is then, with any public-holiday surcharge;
- is paid with the saved card or store credit the customer chose;
- goes to the same cleaner. The first cleaner you assign to one of its visits stays on the repeat. To change it, open the repeat in ⚙️ <Badge>Settings</Badge> › <Badge>Repeat orders</Badge> and change **Fixed assignment**.

On your store's Repeat orders page, customers can **Skip next**, **Stop repeating**, or **Edit** the address and next times. You see their repeats in ⚙️ <Badge>Settings</Badge> › <Badge>Repeat orders</Badge>, marked **Set up online**. A customer can have up to 5 repeats in one store.

A booking your staff take at the POS or in the Console doesn't start a repeat. Set those up in Repeat orders. See [Set up your first repeat order](/docs/set-up-your-first-repeat-order).

## Quotes for big homes

A booking with a Price on request line, such as a deep clean above 1,600 sq ft, waits at **Pending Quotation**. The customer sees **Price to be confirmed**, and can add photos of the rooms on their order page in your Online Store.

1. Open the order in **Sales** › <Badge>Orders</Badge>.
2. Click <Badge>Edit</Badge> on the line items and price every line.
3. Click <Badge>Send Quote</Badge>, check the email or WhatsApp number, and click <Badge>Send</Badge>.

The order moves to **Pending Confirmation**. When no customer message is set up for quoted orders, the button says <Badge>Mark as quoted</Badge> and nothing is sent. Share the order's <Badge>Tracking link</Badge> instead.

The customer sees **Your quote is ready** on their order page. <Badge>Accept quote</Badge> confirms the booking, and the order moves to **Pending Service Visit**. <Badge>Decline</Badge> cancels the booking and its visit, and the staff member who sent the quote is told.

A booking priced at checkout skips the quote steps and is confirmed at once. See [Handling Online Orders in the Console](/docs/handling-online-orders-in-the-console).

## Cancellations and lockouts

Set your fees in ⚙️ <Badge>Settings</Badge> › <Badge>Business Units</Badge> › your unit › <Badge>Cancel & reschedule</Badge>, under **Order cancellation**, then click <Badge>Save</Badge>.

| Setting | Choices |
|---|---|
| Customers can cancel | **Never**, or **Up to** a step. **Up to Pending Service Visit** lets customers cancel before the visit |
| Late cancellation | **None**, or **Within 12, 24, 48 or 72 hours of the visit** |
| Late cancellation fee | **25%, 50% or 100% of the order**, tax included |
| Lockout fee | **None**, or **25%, 50% or 100% of the order**, when the cleaner couldn't get in |

A customer who cancels before the window pays nothing. Inside it, they see the fee before they confirm.

A fee closes the order instead of voiding it. The rest is credited back, the visit is cancelled, and a saved card is charged the fee. Without one, the fee stays owed, and the order page asks the customer to pay it.

For a lockout, or a late cancel by phone, open the order and click <Badge>Close with fee</Badge>. Choose **Late cancellation** or **Lockout: the worker could not get in**, check the fee, and confirm. You need permission to cancel orders.

Orders with a payment, or not priced yet, are never charged a fee. Nor is a cleaner's tap in the staff app. See [Setting Up Cancel and Reschedule](/docs/setting-up-cancel-and-reschedule).

---

## After the visit

**Complete the visit** in either place:

- **Logistic** › <Badge>Jobs</Badge>: tick the visit, click <Badge>Mark as complete</Badge>, then <Badge>Update</Badge>.
- The order page: on the visit, choose <Badge>Complete</Badge>, then <Badge>Confirm</Badge>.

When its last visit is complete, the order is completed, and a saved card is charged. Otherwise the customer pays with <Badge>Pay now</Badge> on their order. See [Taking Payments on Your Online Store](/docs/payments-on-your-online-store).

**Ratings and Google reviews:**

1. In ⚙️ <Badge>Settings</Badge> › <Badge>Company</Badge>, open your company. Under **Company profile**, paste your **Google review link** from your Google Business Profile (Ask for reviews, then Copy link), and click <Badge>Save</Badge>.
2. On a completed order, the customer sees **How did we do?**, picks the stars, and clicks <Badge>Send rating</Badge>.
3. Everyone who rates sees <Badge>Review us on Google</Badge>, whatever the stars. Google doesn't allow asking only happy customers.

The rating shows in the order's **History**.

**Messages to customers.** In ⚙️ <Badge>Settings</Badge> › <Badge>Customer Notifications</Badge>, add a notification for each **Trigger Event** you want:

| Trigger Event | Use it to |
|---|---|
| Logistic job assigned | Tell the customer which cleaner is coming, when you assign one |
| Logistic job tomorrow (reminder, sent 10am the day before) | Remind the customer the day before |
| Logistic service completed | Thank them and ask for a rating |

In a WhatsApp template, {{order_tracking_link}} opens the customer's order, and {{company_google_review_link}} adds your Google link. See [Automatic Order Notifications Explained](/docs/automatic-order-notifications-explained).

## Prepaid packages of visits

To sell visits upfront, such as 4 regular cleans:

1. In ⚙️ <Badge>Settings</Badge> › <Badge>Prepaid Packages</Badge>, click <Badge>Add Package</Badge>.
2. Type the **Package name**, and choose Home Cleaning under **Business units it is sold in**.
3. Under **Covers**, choose Regular Cleaning and its service, such as One-time. Any size counts.
4. Set **Visits** to 4, and under **Quantity and price**, 1 unit and its price.
5. Turn on **Sell online** to offer it in your Online Store and Mobile App, then click <Badge>Add Package</Badge>.

Each booking of a covered cleaning then uses one visit and costs nothing for it. A package covers only the service you chose: one for One-time doesn't cover Every week bookings.

Staff sell a package on a new order in the Console: choose the customer, then click <Badge>Prepaid package</Badge>. To sell on your store's Prepaid page, open the store editor, click **Prepaid packages** under **Pages**, turn on **Sell prepaid packages**, and publish. A package bought online starts once it is paid.

## FAQs

**How do I charge weekly customers less?**
> Give Regular Cleaning a price for **Every week** and **Every 2 weeks** in your price list. A customer who books one gets a repeat at that price, as long as your store's **Repeat orders** page is on.

**How do I add or change my cleaning prices?**
> In ⚙️ <Badge>Settings</Badge> › <Badge>Price Lists</Badge>, open your list, change the prices, then click <Badge>Preview</Badge> and <Badge>Publish</Badge>.

**How do I charge more on public holidays?**
> In ⚙️ <Badge>Settings</Badge> › <Badge>Bookings</Badge> › your unit › your booking option, turn on **Different surcharge on public holidays**, type the amount and click <Badge>Save</Badge>.

**How do I charge a late-cancellation or lockout fee?**
> Set **Late cancellation**, **Late cancellation fee** and **Lockout fee** on the unit's <Badge>Cancel & reschedule</Badge> tab. For a lockout, click <Badge>Close with fee</Badge> on the order.

**How do I quote a big landed house?**
> Homes above 1,600 sq ft are Price on request, so the booking waits at **Pending Quotation**. Price the line, click <Badge>Send Quote</Badge>, and the customer accepts or declines it on their order page.

**Why don't customers get the rating card?**
> It shows only on a completed order, so complete the visit in **Logistic** › <Badge>Jobs</Badge> or on the order page. An order cancelled or closed with a fee can't be rated. The Google button also needs your **Google review link**.

**Can customers book a fixed cleaner every week?**
> They don't choose a cleaner when they book. Once you assign a cleaner to one visit of their weekly repeat, later visits go to that cleaner. Change it with **Fixed assignment** in Repeat orders.

**How many cleaners does a deep clean take, and how do I stop overbooking?**
> The starter takes 2 to 4 places for a deep or move-in/out clean, by size, and up to 5 after renovation. Set **Places per visit** in your price list, and a **Daily booking limit** on each time window.

**Can I add home cleaning to my laundry account?**
> Yes. In ⚙️ <Badge>Settings</Badge> › <Badge>Business Units</Badge>, click <Badge>New Business Unit</Badge>, name it and choose **Home Cleaning** as its **Business type**. It starts with the cleanings, the how-often options, the booking checkout and a draft price list it already sells from. Review the prices in ⚙️ <Badge>Settings</Badge> › <Badge>Price Lists</Badge> and publish them, add a booking option for its visits, then switch it on in your Online Store and publish the store.
